so, we're hosting thanksgiving dinner at our country house on Sunday.

I'm pretty excited.

Except that a) the smallest fresh turkey available is in around 16lbs and b) I have never roasted a turkey, I haven't a clue what I'm doing.

Oh well. It's all about the adventure, right?

And, I'm making it in the 'big George' rotisserie, so it's bound to be good. ;)

Not sure what I'm going to do as the main protein for the vegetarians, I might just cook up some slabs of tofu...
