an embarassing admission...

okay, so, i'm a little embarassed about this but...

tonight i watched an episode of canadian idol (yeah, yeah, i know, but you see, i just had it on as background, honest...)

but guess what! there are some AMAZING singers on there. i am actually glad to have watched.

the most amazing was a woman named eva avila.

interestingly the women were all great, and the men were all fine, but not amazing in the same way.

i don't know if that's a comment on the singers or a comment on my musical preference.
