the joys of staying home...

So, for the last couple weeks we have stayed home from our country house. We have spent our weekends in the city, foregoing the country for breakfast at our old regular haunt, and of course, a trip to Canada's Wonderland.

I have to say, it's been kind of nice.

For a while we were going to the house every weekend, but I think that's maybe too much.

It makes things feel a bit frenetic.

Plus, it makes it not feel special going to the country house anymore.

So, I think we're going to aim for every second weekend in the coming months.

Who knows, maybe that will change, we'll have to see, but there is a certain appeal to being in the city on the weekend. ;)

Actually, possibly a perfect solution would be the country during the week, the city on the weekend. Oh. Wait. Jobs. Right. I remember now...
